What’s the purpose of your role?
You will play a key role in nurturing our partnerships with fund providers.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing colleagues, owning the relationship with fund providers to deliver a tailored suite of content (including video, blog, online and in-person events) to our adviser audience. You'll be central to ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Internally this role is called Marketing Associate.

What you'll do
You'll deliver exceptional marketing support under 4 key themes:
Partner relationship management
Conferences and awards events, online events
CRM and content marketing
Reporting
Partner Relationship Management
Manage ongoing relationships with 21 enterprise partners and c.40 Standard Marketing Package providers, delivering consistent engagement and support to drive partner success
Collaborate closely with BDM Providers to implement marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance partner engagement and business outcomes
Oversee distribution of content from enterprise partners to the Connected – Industry Insights page, supporting partners’ marketing and engagement activities
Support new initiatives, including conference enhancements, to strengthen collaboration and satisfaction across all partner accounts
Adviser conferences, awards and online events
Lead agency partners to plan conferences (London, Leeds, Harrogate) for 100+ advisers and awards event for fund providers, including venue, logistics and agenda
Collaborate with internal teams to manage delegate recruitment including email and organic social
Manage website assets and event content
Deliver post-event comms and package deliverables, including marketing assets
Coordinate and support online events
Liaise with Insights team to plan content themes for annual webinar programme
Actively engage partners with speaking opportunities for online events
Take responsibility for delegate recruitment and event comms
CRM and Content marketing
Collaborate with internal and agency teams to deliver video content for fund providers and award winners
Maintain the RSMR blog with partner- and owned-content
Develop and distribute the RSMR newsletter as a key channel for driving pipeline
Reporting
With Sales, report on partner retention and future pipeline
Work with Sales and Design to deliver quarterly reviews to over 20 Enterprise Group fund providers
What you'll need to succeed
Skills
Good interpersonal skills: ability to create strong rapport and build trust quickly
Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, prioritise work
Attention to detail in all work (layout, grammar, consistency etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft365, Canva, WordPress
Experience
3-5 years of marketing client coordinator or account-management experience
Experience in financial services preferred but not essential
Agency experience would be very useful
Approach to work
Ambitious and humble in equal measure: this role will juggle marketing admin tasks with high-profile strategic partner relationships
Exceptional attention to detail and a pride in the quality of every piece of work
Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently; also, comfortable collaborating as part of a team
Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure when required
Open to feedback and keen to learn
Location
This is a hybrid role spending 3 days a week working with colleagues. Based from either London or Haddenham.
